S= 48 kmph

Distance= 360 km

Therefore,

tim \: taken =  \frac{d}{s}

 =  \frac{360 \: km}{48 \frac{km}{h} }

 = 7 \frac{1}{2} h

Now, if the speed of train is increased by 5 kmph,

New speed = S1=48+5 kmph=53 kmph.

Decrease in time taken

 =  \frac{d}{s }  -  \frac{d}{s1}

 = ( \frac{15}{2}  -  \frac{360}{53} ) \: h

 =  \frac{759 - 720}{106}  \: h

 =  \frac{39}{106} \:  h

 =  \frac{39}{106}  \times 60 \: min

 = 22.1 \: minutes \: (approx.)

HOPE IT HELPS.
