THIS CAN ALSO BE SOLVED IN THIS WAY :-
Let the edge be 1
Then the distance from the center of any square to the edge will be 1/2
The distance from the edge of any equilateral∆
to the edge will be 1/2√3
Now we have
√ (1/2)^2 - (1/2√3)^2
√1/4 - 1/12
1/√6 ( for the inradius)
