a) combined resistance = 1/Req = 1/R1 + 1/R2

1 /Req = 1/3 + 1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2

Req = 2 ohm

b) by ohms law V = I X R

V = 6 X 2 = 12 volt

c) 12 volt because in parallel voltage is same

d) 12 volt because in parallel voltage is same

e) by ohms law V = I X R

I = V / R = 12 / 3 = 4 ampere

f) by ohms law V = I X R

I = V / R = 12 / 6 = 2 ampere
