kona has shares of stock A = 400

gain on 1 share =3Rs/-

gain on 400 shares = 3×400Rs/-

= 1200Rs/-

kona has shares in stock B = 500

loss on 1 share= 2Rs/-

loss on 500 shares= 2×500Rs/-

=1000Rs/-

Gained in shares > loss in loss in shares.

so, obviously kona gained.

gained amount= gained - loss amount

1200-1000Rs/-

200Rs/-

kona gained 200 Rs/-
