resistance=2+3=5 ohm.

here Req1 and R1 are in parallel so by parallel combination
1/ Req = 1/5 + 1/5 = 2/5
Req = 5/2 = 2.5 ohm
total resistance = 2.5 ohm
by ohms law
V = I X R
I = V / R
I = 4 / 2.5
I = 40 / 25
I = 1.6 ampere.
total current flowing through ammetre = 1.6 A
