Hey

Here is your answer

Krishna didn’t die. He left the planet and left behind and manifest a decoy form to complete His pastimes as a human being so that those who want to believe that He is just a charming guy and a great yogi will be able to.

Krishna doesn’t deal in massive public displays of His opulence for doubtful and atheistic people. The entire universe with all its contents is manifest from just a spark of His splendor, but still some people say “No no, it’s all an accident, it just happened out of nothing. It doesn’t look to me like it was designed because I don’t have eyes in the back of my head and only 5 digits on each hand and a keyboard with over 100 keys.”

People with atheistic leanings tend to imagine what God must be like based on what they are like, and then if God doesn’t do what they think they would do if they had God’s power, they conclude that He doesn’t exist. In short the concept is “Because God doesn’t do what I want, I don’t believe He exists.”

Krishna is God and He does what He likes.

He appears, has His fun and then leaves. A few people know, but not many. For those that are disturbed by the thought of God existing, Krishna manifests a decoy so that they don’t panic. It’s not very convincing to an intelligent person, but it’s enough for people who will grasp at any straw to deny Lord Krishna’s divinity and unique status.

If someone can read Bhagavad Gita and read Srimad Bhagavatam up to the end of the 11th Canto that describes the disappearance of Lord Krishna, and conclude that Krishna was an ordinary person, then no manner of leaving the planet is going to make them change their mind. Understanding Krishna is by application only.
