Being "very close" to the "Equator", Kuala Lumpur has to cover more area in one rotation of 24 hours, compared to London, as the area to be covered during rotation is decreased as one approaches towards the pole. This is why "Kuala Lumpur" rotates "faster" on the "earth's axis" than "London"
