The question is irrelevant.

The railway department has issued circular on 25 May 2016, to use kulhads for selling tea at the railway station.

However, the caterers opposed it because a disposable/paper cup costs 50-70 paise while a kulhad costs 2-3₹.

The use of kulhad is not banned but only limited.

Making of kulhad requires top fertile soil. Producing them on a large scale results in the fertile top soil of many areas. Formation of fertile top soil requires thousands of years.
