Kumar buys a coconut at the price of Rs. 28 per coconut and sells at the price
of Rs 38 per coconut.

i. Find the profit earned by selling one coconut.
ii. Find the profit percentage.
iii. If Kumar sells 100 coconuts per a day, find the total income which he receives in a month.
iv. “The number of coconut can’t change the profit percentage” prove this statement by use
examples.

sp ₹ 38

gain on 1 coconut 38-28=10rupees

gain% 10*100/28=35.14 approx

cp of 100 coconut =2800rupees

sp of 100 coconut =3800rupees

gain=3800-2800=1000rupees

gain in a month=1000*30=30000rupees
