No but you can do BCA or BScIT. Depends on individual University rules and regulations.

It is very essential for you to take science field while choosing up to do BSc.
If you're now studying commerce, you can not do B.Sc. unless you take science field from 11th.
But yes, you can do Bcom or Mcom. It would be great if you do any other paid jobs as a B.Com qualified.
