Khilafat movement was done to bring the HINDUS and the MUSLIMS under the umbrella of unification so that they can all fight for the independence and form a bigger group.

Non cooperation movement means that not to cooperate with what the Britishers say as Gandhiji told that British rule came with the support of Indians and if we do not support them then they will be forced to leave INDIA.

Hence both are different
