So what is multiplication

It is a term where we multiply a number

4 × 2 = 8

Here , 4 + 4 = 8

In the sense we have added 4 two times to get the multiple of it

Some more example --

8 × 2 = 16

8 + 8 = 16

5 + 5 = 10

Now clearly it states multiple of something is called multiplication

Now observe the special case

6 × 0 = 0

How , Here u have to notice 6 is not getting doubled like other example

Then how 5 × 0 = 0

It's quite simple when we want a multiple of it we add the number but when the number had no value it's zero
