10) The marked price of a sewing machine is Rs.2300. It is sold at a discount of 4%. Find the selling price of the sewing machine.

(ii)  M.P= Rs.2300 and Discount= 4%

We know that S.P = M.P – discount

Discount% = discountMP×100

= 4/100×2300

= Rs.92

S.P = Rs.(2300-92) =Rs. 2208
