In a presidential system political and administrative powers are divided between the executive, legislative and judicial branches. In a parliamentary system Parliament is sovereign and executive authority exercised by the Prime Minister and Cabine is derived from the legislature.

major difference between parliamentary and presidential form of government is that parliamentary form is socially legally right rule system but presidential form is like an illegal form of the government in this case people face very difficult situations
