Let's See

By FACTORISATION METHOD,

12p^2q^2 = 2× 2×3 ×p×p×q×q

6p^2 = 2×3 ×p×p

3pq = 3× p × q

Required LCM = 2×3 ×2×p×p×q×q =12 p^2q^2

Note:- i) First break all terms in factors

ii) Choose the no. /letter(numeral or literal factor), common in all & write once in Required LCM

iii) Next choose the no. /letter(numeral or literal factor) present(common) in any two terms & write once in Required LCM

iv) At last write all left no. /letter(numeral or literal factor) in Required LCM

v) In Required LCM, multiply all no./ letters (numeral or literal factor) to the answer. )

Hope you understood.

Enjoy Maths!!
