Heya!
If u have completed ur 10th in Tamil medium.
Then first of all u have to make sure that u r able to study with english medium or not.
If u r able then u can study.
English medium is not tough but it's need
hard work.

i think u should be able to do it...
my parents studied 10th in gujarati medium and did engineering...
