I think the best meal for a healthy dish is a sandwich jst u need to do is add as more vegitables as u can and for minerels add salt and black pepper for fats u can add cheese for carbohydrates the bread is already there vitamins u'll get it from the vegetables nd a small tip that use multigrain bread dont grill or bake or else it can loose its nutrients
