1)take test tube filled with about 5ml water and add flour. Shake well.
2) divide the solution into two test tube containing equal amounts of solution each.
3) Add equal amount of iodine to observe colour change abd confirm presence of starch
4) Add saliva (1ml) to test action of saliva on starch in one of the test tubes.
