The hydrophilic and hydrophobic part of the compound will be  


Hydrophobic part – CH3 (CH2)10 CH2


Hydrophilic part – OSO3 – Na+  


Hydrophobic is the part that runs away from water molecules and can’t bond with the whereas hydrophilic are the one that can bond up with the water molecules especially hydrogen bond is created or the ionic bond is developed.
