"Lack of internal within parties is the major challenge to political parties all over the world". Analyse the statement.

There is a trend in most of the political parties in india that the power is concentrated only on two to three leaders on the top. These leaders do not maintain membership registers , do not conduct organisational meetings , do not conduct internal elections etc.  As a result the ordinary members do not get sufficient information that what is happening in the party . They do not have links to influence the decisions taken in the party. As leadwrs exercise paramount power so they take all the major decisions and those members who disagree with the decisions find it difficult to continue in the party. Personal loyalty to party's leader becomes more important than the public loyalty to the party.
