when body doesn't absorb require amount of nutrients from food this is lack of nutrients.they can include digestion problems,skin disorders,defective bone growth etc.these are the problems facing during the lack of nutrients or effects.

Lack of nutrition gives bad results such as people suffering from malnutrition. We should take all types of nutrition like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, roughage, water and vitamins and minerals. Lack of nutrition may cause dangerous diseases. We should try to be safe from diseases and eat healthy food. If we don't take healthy diet, then we can't do anything. It is said that health is wealth. So, we should take healthy diet daily.
