Lack of self confidence can surely demotivate any individual. The little girl, Kezia's story is a good example of it she also lacked confidence to talk freely to his father she too scared to do so.
She was once asked by his grandmother to prepare a gift for his father because his birthday was around the corner. She did it and also was able to prepare it on time. The only mistake she did was that she misunderstood papa's important papers with regular waste papers which weren't of any use and filled it in her cusion. When her father discovered this he was furious! Kezia tried to convince her father that it was a mistake but wasn't able to gather courage to tell him everything openly and talk freely to him. As a result she got punished and got Demotivated about his father.
