Lactare granules if it is effective after 5 months of post natal period

my supply has reduced and a friend who used to visit my doc suggested me to have lsctare tablets saying its herbal and very effective. i wanted to consult my doc but she is not reachable


Since its herbal, i am thinking just to go ahead and start having the tablets without consultation.wanted to ask if any of you had it and youe experience.also did you have the granules or tablets?


pls note - coincidentally i also got my periods today after 5 months
