• Number of notes of each of the dominations she have.

➢Solution :

• Let the number of Rs. 100 notes be 2x.

• Number of Rs. 50 notes be 3x.

• And Number of Rs. 10 notes be 5x.

⇉ Total money she has =

$2x \times 50 + 5x \times 10 \\ = 200x + 150x + 50x \\ = 400x$

➢According to the question :

$400x = 400000 \\ x = \frac{400000}{400} = 1000$

• Therefore number of Rs.100 notes = 2x = 2 × 1000 = 2000.

• Number of Rs. 50 notes = 3 × 1000 = 3000.

• Number of Rs.10 notes = 5x = 5 × 1000 = 5000
