Answer:

Number of Rs 100 notes = 5 × 100 = 500

Number of Rs 50 notes = 4 × 100 = 400

Number of Rs 10 notes = 3 × 100 = 300

Step-by-step explanation:

The notes are in the ratio 5:4:3

The number of Rs 100, Rs 50 and Rs 10 notes are 5x, 4x and 3x respectively.

Given, (100 × 5x) + (50 × 4x) + (10 × 3x) = 73000

500x + 200x + 30x = 73000

730x = 73000

x = 100

Number of Rs 100 notes = 5 × 100 = 500

Number of Rs 50 notes = 4 × 100 = 400

Number of Rs 10 notes = 3 × 100 = 300
