lal gave a hundred rupees note to the shopkeeper and brought a colour box for rupees 26⅖ and a book for rupees 26⅖. how much did he get back from the shopkeeper?

100-(26+26)

=100-52

=48

Thus lal got Rs. 48 back from the shopkeeper.
