1)The Sandy soil of the desert support
cactus and thorny bushes .
2)Wet , marshy , deltaic soil supports mangroves

Land and soil affects the natural vegetation indirectly :
Nature of land influences the type of vegetation. If the land is level and fertile, it is mainly used for farming.
