For example,  these land forms are divided in such a way that after every 25 km approximately the dialect changes in Pakistan.

The beauty of languages is such that they showcase the cultural aspect of a place. Language is one of the symbols of culture. In previous times rulers would spread their language to create an impact of their ruling. Example, Britishers would teach English in British India and made it compulsory. Which is why today, English is one of the most widely spread spoken languages.
