Colleague A: Why does every boss talk so much about discipline?

Colleague B: Well, discipline is so crucial for achieving goals. Jim Rohn has beautifully said: “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” Since every boss has the responsibility of achieving goals, so they stress so much on discipline.

Colleague A: If I ever become a boss, I will not be a strict disciplinarian!

Colleague B: In that case you won’t ever become a boss ever.

Colleague A: Is it so necessary for success?

Colleague B: Yes; Success and realization of dreams go hand in hand with discipline. There is no achievement that was accomplished without discipline.

Colleague A: Could you explain me what being disciplined is?

Colleague B: Sure! Being disciplined means knowing optimal time-management, self-control, knack of making best choices, being focused, zero procrastination, always making more attempts in the field you want to advance, upright moral character, and observing morals and ethics. A disciplined person does not have to be told to do the good things; he himself does them.

Colleague A: Wow! That sounds great! I will try to be more disciplined in future.
