In general the answer is that large animals have more of the same size cells as small. That is particularly true for mammals. Except for fat cells and even some neurons that tend to be bigger in elephants than in mice. Cells that turnover rapidly, liver and blood and skin and digestive, tend to be the same size.

The size of cells of an organism doesn't depend upon the size of the organism the size of the cells depend upon their function like nerve cells are very long and branched as they need to pass messages from the brain to rest of the body.
