Large sum of money instead of using on space program must be used upon poor people in order to raise their precarious lifestyle. Poor people are deprived of basic necessities f life like proper health care, education, food, and clothing. Thus if the money will be spent on poor people and are provided with these facilities then they can play a constructive role in the development of a country.
