let the two supplementary angles be x and y
let x>y.
we know that sum of supplementary angles is 180'
therefore, x + y = 180'-------------(1)
according to question,
x=2y-------------------(2)
from =n(2), we get
x=2y
put x=2y in =n(1)
2y+y=180'
3y=180'
y=180'/3
y=60'
put y =60' in =n(1)
x+60'=180'
x=180'-60'
x=120'
