Larger the electronegativity of the element higher the reactivity true or false

no, i think that's false.

correct me if i'm wrong but elements with less electronegativity will also have less ionsisation enthaply. in that case, it'll be easier to lose electrons. thus reactivity will be high.

therefore lesser the electronegativity, more will be the reactivity.

DepressedStudent: I think it works in both ways. Like the Most Electronegative and the most electropositive ones are most reactive. I still don't know the answer but it is what I think
