First line of defense.

When pollen grains gets inside the nose of someone then it cause irritation in the nose of person then the person starts sneezing continuously.

The immune system of the body considers it as germs and starts releasing histamines against it. This alerts the brain and the person sneezes more the more it encounters the pollen grains.

This reaction of the body is first line of defense.  It include the physical and chemical barriers to defend the infection. These includes mucus, tears, skin, cilia et cetera.
