Sub-To Replace The Malfunctioning Mobile.

  • Sir,

I am one of your regular customers,and had bought a mobile phone from your shop a few days before.

  • But the mobile is not working properly.It shuts down even though I charge it full,the screen touch doesn't work properly now, it's battery gets dead in 10 mins after its been charged full. I'd like if you replace it as soon as possible as the mobile is still in its warranty period.This mobile piece is of Xiomi brand and it's model no. is 1124(red colour).

  • I would like to change this mobile with the one working well or you shall repair this one ,this time I need the mobile show the things it has in written on its cover.

Dear Sir,

I bought a 5G mobile phone of the XYZ company from your store last month. It was the new model that recently came into your store with lots of advanced features.

It was working very smoothly till the day before yesterday but suddenly it stopped working yesterday. I did try a lot to switch on the phone but it's not working. Nothing happened to the phone like slipped down, didn’t fall into the water but suddenly got switched off. I was working on the google sheets and then it got off. I took the battery outside also and then reinserted but it didn’t work. Please kindly check my mobile phone to know what happened. I have also a warranty card whose validity is till 2 years.
