20^2520

= (2×10)^2520

= 2^2520 ×10^2520

all zeros comes in 10^2520

2¹=2

2²=4

2³=8

2^4 = 16

2^5 = 32

this is in cyclic order

unit digits ie repeted after 6

so, cycle is 2,4,8,6

divide 2520 by 4 => 2520/4 = 630

there is no reminder it means cycle is completed so , in cycle 6 is at 4th place

or

(2^4)^680 = (16^680 )hence unit digit is 6 or we can say that rightmost non zero digit is 6

hence 6 is at unit place
