Last Sunday, Annual Prize Distribution Function was organized in our school. In order to make this event successful, a lot of preparations were made by students and teachers. The successful students in various fields such as Sports, Education, Cultural Programs had to be honored in the function.
The Education Minister of the state had to come as the Chief Guest. It was a matter of great pride for us. Therefore the school building was decorated like a bride. The parents of the students and other respected people of the city were invited to grace the occasion. The function had to be started at 10:00 am sharp.
The Chief Guest arrived on time. Our Principal and some members of school Management welcomed him with bouquet of flowers. First of all he was served with tea and snacks at Principal office and from there he was taken to the Function Venue. The Function began with Saraswati Vandana.
Our Principal and the Chief Guest lit the lamp before the picture of Goddess Saraswati. The students of our school presented cultural items. People enjoyed this Cultural Programme a lot with loud clapping. After that our Principal read out the Annual Report of the school. Immediately after that the Prize Distribution took place.
The Chief Guest distributed the prizes to the winners of the respective fields. Then he delivered a very motivating speech. He advised all the students to work harder in life to get sure success. He also narrated one or two incidents to inspire the students. In the end, he announced Rs 5 lac donation for opening the school. We appreciated with loud cheers. The function ended with National Anthem.

My school name is National school. Last week my school has organised Prize distribution ceremony on 2 January 2023. It was really a big function where the prizes are given to the students who are rank holders, winners and toppers of different computations. The ceremony was organised on school ground.
All the students have taken a lot of efforts to decorate the school building. The whole school was decorated by the teachers and students. Mr. A.B. Sharma ,the Mayor of the city was invited as a chief guest. We all gathered in school campus before 7a.m. The chief guest arrived at 7:30a.m. Our principal Dr. Mahesh Patil delivered welcome address. The chief guest inaugurated the function.
Mrs. Swati has read the Annual report of the school which is followed by prize distribution ceremony. All the achivers were felicitated by the guest. The chief guest has given a speech which was really motivational. Mr. Dhage, our Maths' teacher has given vote of thanks to all.
The ceremony was ended with refreshments. It was really a wonderful and memorable ceremony for all of us.
