Math, asked by babji2809, 3 months ago

Last week, while I was travelling along with my friend in Rajadhani Express which was running at a speed of 140 kmph, my friend posed a problem before me by saying that there were two trains, A and B of the lengths of 150 metres and 120 metres respectively and that they were on parallel lines of rails. When they were running in opposite direction, they passed each other in 9 seconds but when they were running in the same direction, with the same speeds as before, the faster train passed the other train in 18 seconds.
My friend asked me to find out the actual speeds of both the trains in kilometres per hour. Can you please help me in finding a solution for the above problem now?
