Last week, while returning from school, you happened to see a huge plastic bag full of leftovers of food, being flung into the middle of the road from a speeding car. You wondered how people can be so devoid of civic sense. Write an article in about 150 words on the importance of civic sense and how it can be inculcated in children at a young age.

Civic sense could be inculcated in children at a young age by teaching them in schools in forms of campaigns and carnivals. But teaching them in schools isn't enough because some schools may not be teaching enough. Parents are also responsible for their children's civic sense because they are in control of their own children. Governments should encourage children to have a sense of safety and they should be punished if they are not abiding by rules. They should be punished in a more 'human' way by rehabilitating them to learn about being civic minded.
