last week, you brought a pendrive from Neerav Electronics but your computer stop acknowledging it after 3 days. write a letter of complaint to the retailer, describing the problem and asking for the replacement.

I bought a pendrive branded of neerav electronic from West side, videbill no 2234,dated 12th Dec 2017. about a month ago of the purchase .so,I am giving details for pendrive.
it is not working properly .only fifteen days of use . it has developed many defects. it stops working .and it is hang my computer .

I kindly request you to either replace at free cost the pendrive set under the terms and conditions laid at the time of the purchase .
