This is with reference to the the samsung mobile phone which I purchased from your showroom before 3 days with cash payment of rs 40000. You praised its quality, stability and functioning and being your regular customer I trusted your words. But to my surprise, the mobile phone did the best service only for 2 days and now it has ceased functioning.
Its touching system doesn't work properly. Its speakers has become so noisy and sometimes switch off automatically.
I regret to say that I never expected this from such a reputed showroom. As you supplied me with a guarantee card for a period of one year therefore, you are requested to replace the mobile phone at the earliest as it is still covered by guarantee.
