Heya!

Here is your answer :-

Let the school fees be 100.

Mohit's computer fees last year = 10% of 100
= (10/100)×100
= 10

Mohit's computer fees this year = 15% of 100
=(15/100)×100
=15

Hence,

Increase in computer fees = 15 - 10
= 5

Now,

Percent increase in computer fees = (5/100)×100
=(1/20)×100
=5%

As,
It is proved that the percent increase in computer fees is 5%.

Hence,
The statement is true.
