Given:-

cross section area = A

force = F

to find change in area so pressure changer to 1.5 times

as we know,

p=  \frac{f}{a}

and

a =  \frac{f}{p}  -  - (1)

and

as force is constant so,

a1 =  \frac{f}{1.5p}

a1 =  \frac{1}{1.5}  \times  \frac{f}{p}

from equ. 1 we got,

a1 =  \frac{a}{1.5}

so,

the change in area is 1.5 time less than normal area

Answer:

Given:-

cross section area = A

force = F

to find change in area so pressure changer to 1.5 times

as we know,

p= \frac{f}{a}p=af

and

a = \frac{f}{p} - - (1)a=pf−−(1)

and

as force is constant so,

a1 = \frac{f}{1.5p}a1=1.5pf

a1 = \frac{1}{1.5} \times \frac{f}{p}a1=1.51×pf

from equ. 1 we got,

a1 = \frac{a}{1.5}a1=1.5a

so,

the change in area is 1.5 time less than normal area.
