liquid B will give more cooling as the factors of evaporation state that if there is more evaporation there is more cooling

Answer:

Liquid B will produce more cooling effect than liquid A, because it will absorb more heat from surroundings for evaporation. (latent heat of evaporation)

You're welcome :-)
