Latent heat of evaporation of two liquids a and b is 100 kg and 150 kg respectively which one can produce more cooling effect and why ?

b because it will absorb more heat from the body supplying heat than a as its latent heat of evaporation is more

It is known that the more the latent heat of evaporation of a liquid, the more will be the cooling effect it generates.  

In the given question, the liquid B will generate more cooling effect as it possesses a higher latent heat of vaporization in comparison to the liquid A. Thus, the liquid B will absorb more heat and generate a more cooling effect in comparison to liquid A.
