#legislature to present bill for reservation of seats for poor Generals.

My question-

# Is it gonna be hard for middle class general (like me) to survive?

# Isn't it against so - called "Right to Equality"?

HEY ..THANKS SISTU FOR ASKING SUCH GREAT AND INTERESTING QUESTION, WELL I'M GOING TO GIVE MINE BEST ^_^♡♡

Now according to your 1st question here is mine answer :

I think the defination of middle class family is bit complex,,
Life of middle class family is actually so difficult they face alots of challenges,Even most of them do not have fixed job,

Yes definately it is hard to survie in middle class,

Because in our Country,,

'The loan of poors are waived in country by goverments,

The more borrowers run away from Country..

And in last the peoples belonging from middle class ,They have cover all'

And alot of problems, that they have to face.
like In case education, There is a good reservation for poor students, and for rich,
But not for middle students no reservations
,No matter how they are struggling to achieve their goals.

Is this not hard to survive middle class peoples ??

Definately it is...

Now accordint to the second question here is mine answer :

It is the bitter truth that it is ' unequality'
But in our society in our country it is called as right, equality...

Oh please some body tell me is this an equality or Right??

'What a astonished is going on our country man' please somebody tells the truth i also wanna know'

Well, in my mind it is just an unequality''

Yes I am against the new Bill too !

It is for the same reason that I posted the question :

" What are the defects of the Indian Constitution ? "

Well moderators deleted it ........... but it is true that the Right to Equality is always violated not only in this case but also in many other cases .

Reservation of seats for the poor ??????

Well the poor has no money to take tutions . We may consider them . But wait if they studied in government schools and were given free privilleges added by scholarships , then where will we stand ?

Qualification should depend upon merit , intelligence and knowledge and NOT ON THE BASIS OF CASTE , CREED , RELIGION , AND ECONOMICAL STATUS.

Reservation of seats for the Scheduled Castes ??????

What about this one ? This is more enraging I guess .

Nowadays even Scheduled Castes have more economical power than the Generals . Then would you not say that they gain an advantage in terms of reservations ?

What is the meaning of Right to Equality if someone gets benefited more than the others?

This is the one of the major drawbacks of our so called Constitution !

Who is responsible ?????????????

The Government !!!!!!!!!!

Well during the Independence , our economic conditions was declining. It was not possible for the poor to get jobs.

It was applicable only for that period.

But now we should change the Law !!!

Now there is no such caste system , society and everyone is equal !

There is no need of such a Law !!

So ,

TAKE STEPS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE !!!!

What steps can we take ????

Yes even we can take steps to prevent further bills.

Strikes , demonstrations and a good opposition to the government can help.

The most important factor is the media !!

If the media challenges the Government then it will put pressure on the Legislature and they will be bound to move an Ammendment so that the actual equality of each and every citizen is restored !

Even I am a General Class and it is very unfair that we are deprived of the reservations just because of these " Laws "

Yes you , me everyone can make a change.

We should spread this in social media so that the Government is aware of their MAJOR MISTAKES !

Hope it helps !

Thanks for the revolutionary question :-)

Anonymous: thanks to all :) but who made the Constitution initially ?
Anonymous: DR Ambedkar should have not shown partiality .......... everyone shud have equal chances ........ he is the one I believe responsible but he also did other good works for which he should be respected !
ShreyaSingh31: true... that was times need.... at that time backward classes needed reservation for their upliftment ...but.. now we need an amendment.. for the equality..!!
Anonymous: yep you are right i have to change my mind ............
ShreyaSingh31: no need.. everyone have their own concepts but now we need the change...
ShreyaSingh31: by the way ... really well answered.... great yaar !!☺☺
Anonymous: i just wanna say that Dr. Br Ambedkar was not guilty but our present government is..... thank u :)
ShreyaSingh31: Agreed with uh.. welcome ^_^
