Given :
Latika bought a teapot = ₹ 120
and set up cups = ₹ 400
She sold teapot at a profit of 5 %

So,
selling price of teapot = 5/100 × 120 + 120
= ₹ 126

Also, she sold cups at a loss of 5 %.
So,
selling price of cups = 400 - 5/100 × 400
= ₹ 380

Hence, the total amount received by her = ₹ 126 + ₹ 380 = ₹ 506.
