Dependency of students on coaching or private tuition is increasing day by day in the country due to lack of quality classroom education at their academic institutions.


As a result, guardians are sending their children to coaching centres spending huge money. The expenditure of the guardians has increased manifold for the purpose of coaching or private tuition for their children. Almost every family is spending huge money for their children’s education in coaching, either it is a school coaching or private coaching or any home tuition, some guardians said while talking to daily sun.  


There are allegations that students are bound to take coaching or private tuition as most of the schools of the country do not provide quality education in classrooms. Finding no alternative way, the students are compelled to go to coaching.


Some guardians alleged that the dependence on coaching would have been declined if teachers are very much attentive and sincere in providing quality teaching in classrooms.


They said students can take extra help for the subjects like science, math, English or any other subject that is difficult. But nowadays, all subjects are being taught in the coaching centres.


According to a survey of Ovibhabak Oikya Forum, a platform of guardians, some 70 percent of the total expenditure of a student is spent only for coaching purpose.   


Md Zakir Hossain, a guardian living in city’s Mirpur area, said, “He has two sons and they read in class IX and X in schools. He currently spends at least Tk 10,000 for the private tuition of two sons. The expenditure will also increase in the upcoming days and it will be very tough for us to manage the costs.”


Costs of education materials, school tuition fees and others of a student are also increasing day by day and it has become very difficult for the guardians to manage the rising expenditure, he said.

in this digital world most of the students are depended on the tuition classes because they think it was better than school or like any other reason like in some school in the urban areas some of the teacher come in the school but don't teach the students the are busy in there own world but India is a developing country there for it should be change to fast but it might be the fault of students also they like to prefer tuition classes
