Hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. How is studies going on? I hope you are not stressing too much and also giving time for play and break. I know how hard you study and once you are immersed in you book, then you forget everything else! You must take time and also spend it in leisure. Actually recently I had been to a stand-up comedy show, taking a break from my studies and relax, and it was wonderful. I was laughing all through the program and continued laughing even after I came back home. It was really invigorating and a good break from the mundane study and school life! I suggest you too should go to such shows.
Just realised how important humour is in our life. Infact one of the vital aspects of our daily life. Humour, definitely, is the tool that we could use to meet and tackle the challenging times in our lives and to appreciate some of the most exceptional things around us. If you ask me, humour is the key to discovering happiness. Just imagine about all people that you are enjoying to spend your free time with and the ones that make you happy. Now try to recollect the most heart-warming memories with these people. Undeniably, all these prized memories will include humour and laughing. Positive emotions and laughter really put us in a better mood and also make everyone around us happier.
