It has been long since I received any news from your end, So I am writing this letter on the purpose of advising you about good and wealthy health and reduction of weight to cure certain problems in future time. Well, I often see you eating junk food. Sister, it is not at all good for your health. You should avoid these food items, these are just good in taste, nothing more. Eat green vegetables, fruits and you must eat an apple a day because 'An apple a day keeps a doctor away'. Eating these food items, will give you immunity and iñstant energy. I hope, you will surely take my advice solemnly and will work on it from today itself. Even your weight will be reduced after following the diet chart. Ok, enough now. Take care of yourself.
